01 Is the printed card I buy unique?
Yes, any numbered card ordered from us is printed once. If you resell your digital NFT card and keep your printed version, then the new buyer will not be able to reprint their NFT with us. His only way will then be to contact you to buy back your printed card at the price you want.
02 How to give a printed card as a gift?
During your purchase you will have to select the card you wish to offer and check the “gift” option. You can add a personalized message if you wish. At the end of the order, it will of course be necessary to indicate the delivery address corresponding to the recipient of the gift.
03 How to retrieve the NFT corresponding to a printed card received as a gift?
After receiving the package, simply scan the QR code on the back of the personalized card that accompanies the order. The sender will then be notified that you have just discovered your printed card. He can then connect to his Sorare account and transfer the NFT corresponding to your printed card directly to your Sorare account.
04 What is your printing process?
We print our cards on metal which allows for a lasting impression over time. Everything is encamped in a 2cm thick protective plexi.
05 Are you planning other print formats?
Yes. In particular, we are working on a smaller format at a more affordable price. The idea is to offer you a print for packs of 5, 10 or 15 cards with a small bonus hidden in each pack. We also plan to offer associated products such as a binder that will allow you to protect and sort these cards.
This format is ideal for preparing your teams for each Game Week.
06 Why are some of my cards not selectable?
At Prinft, the value of our products lies in their quality of manufacture but also in their uniqueness. Each card can only be printed once. When a card has already been printed, it will be displayed in gray and can therefore no longer be selected.
07 How do I print multiple cards?
For the moment, in this first version, it is not possible to select several cards. To print several cards it will be necessary to make several separate orders. But we are already working on this multi-selection feature, it will be implemented very soon.
08 Where are the cards made?
At Prinft, we are committed to doing everything to promote French production. All our products are manufactured in one of our workshops located in Montpellier.
09 Do you accept crypto payments ?
We are working on crypto payment but for the moment, in a concern of speed and simplicity of launching we propose only a purchase by fiat, credit card. In France, the legislative framework that governs cryptocurrencies is quite heavy. The purchase of tangible goods in crypto is notably subject to a flat tax of 30%. We chose to go for a quick release, but in fiat only.
10 I had a problem with my delivery, what should I do?
